Matt Marcolini graduated from Christendom College with a degree in history in 2015. While a student, he was very active in the Chester-Belloc Debate Society, the choir and student film projects. Since then, he has been involved in the recruiting and staffing industry, helping hundreds of people understand their particular talents and finding them their ideal careers.  He has worked at corporate staffing agencies, government contracting firms, and most recently, at his own firm, placing candidates with clients across the country and assisting those candidates with resume and cover letter writing, interview prep and salary negotiation, and other such skills related to the hiring process. He has an extensive network of friends and acquaintances, and has had experience working both in DC on the Hill, as well as in the film industry for a number of years, (mainly in marketing and outreach) on a number of major motion pictures. He, and his wife, Elizabeth (nee Santorum), live in Northern Virginia.
