Director of Career & Professional Development: Kristin Stephens has been Christendom College’s Director of Career & Professional Development since 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roanoke College, a Master of Science in Counseling and Student Affairs from Radford University, and is a Certified Career Counselor through the National Career Development Association. Kristin has worked in higher education in Career Services and Residence Life and has also taught classes on a variety of subjects, including leadership, study skills, resume writing, and etiquette. She enjoys working with students one-on-one to help them learn more about themselves and make educated decisions about their future careers. She provides workshops, career counseling appointments, resume critiques, classroom presentations, and related assistance to the students. She and her husband live in Fort Valley, Virginia, along with their two young boys.

Employer Relations Coordinator: Anne Nodar has been Christendom College’s Employer Relations Coordinator since July 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Economics from Christendom and was the recipient of the St. Thomas More Political Science Department Award. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Anne has worked in a variety of positions in Public Relations, Social Media Management, and Customer Service. She has also volunteered with many conservative and religious organizations across the country to promote American values and to educate others. She enjoys coordinating events and networking and is dedicated to helping Christendom students connect with potential employers, graduate schools, and vocational professions. She resides in Front Royal and embroiders in her spare time.
